PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film forming apparatus which can form a uniform resin film onto screw parts. SOLUTION: The resin film forming apparatus 1 is provided with: a resin powder adhering means 3 for applying resin powder to the screw parts 4 by spraying; and a heating device which heats the screw parts 4 where the resin powder is applied by the resin powder adhering means 3 and thereby melts the resin powder applied onto the screw parts 4 to form the resin film onto the screw parts 4.
