<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular porous bone filling material made of a bioabsorptive polymer body having a particle diameter of 100-3000 μm which has a small hole structure having a hole diameter of 5-50 μm used for filling a defective section after removing a lesion due to bone tumor, osteomyelitis, or the like, or a defective section after autologous bone transplanting, reinforcement, filling or the like of the jaw bone at the time of embedding a dental implant, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer body having the small hole structure with the hole diameter of 5-50 μm containing a particulate material is produced by mixing the particulate material with the particle diameter of 100-2000 μm which does not dissolve in an organic solvent and dissolves in a liquid which does not dissolve the bioabsorptive polymer into a solution in which the bioabsorptive polymer is dissolved in the organic solvent, and removing the organic solvent by drying after freezing. The bioabsorptive granular porous bone filling material with the particle diameter of 100-3000 μm is manufactured by sifting through a sieve after pulverizing the polymer body and removing the particulate material by dissolving it in the liquid which does not dissolve the bioabsorptive polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
