PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese cooking device capable of cooking tempura efficiently and more safely by an induction heating cooker, using a main body of a Chinese wok curved in a spherical shape and a relatively small amount of a cooking oil for tempura and of cooking a stir-fry easily by heating the main body of the wok at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The Chinese cooking device comprises the main body of the wok made of a magnetic material curved in a spherical shape, a metallic member for stably keeping the position which is firmly fixed to a position close to the bottom side of the outer peripheral surface of the main body of the wok and is short in height, and an overheat protecting plate placed on the upper surface of the induction heating cooker to be located approximately in the center of the member for stably keeping the position, or an overheat protecting member equipped with three radially protruded protruding pieces firmly fixed on the upper surface of the overheat protecting plate.
