THIN-FILM TRANSISTOR DISPLAY PLATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film transistor display plate which facilitates bonding to a common display plate using a photosetting bonding member.

SOLUTION: In the display device, a display panel is comprised of a first substrate provided with a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines and a second substrate facing the first substrate and a sealing material for bonding the first substrate and the second substrate. A gate driving section is comprised of a wiring section receiving a plurality of signals from the outside and a circuit section displaying a driving signal in response with the plurality of the signals. The wiring section is provided with an aperture transmitting the light made incident through the back of the first substrate for curing the sealing material to improve the bonding force of the first substrate and the second substrate by the sealing material. Consequently, the corrosion defect due to the moisture flowing in from the outside can be ameliorated.
