<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system using a lease contract having security for a lease contract transaction, for promoting a lease contract. <P>SOLUTION: An ID and a password are inserted in a file of the lease contract when selling the lease contract, the inserted ID and password are used, and registration in an insurance company is performed via the Internet. The insurance company registered assesses a registered fact by an internal assessment system, and concludes a security contract. About the security, an insurance policy is sent via the Internet.
