<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily, safely and unstrainedly train the muscles of the arms, the breast, the feet and the like in an extremely simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This training apparatus is so constituted that end plates 3 are provided in the both ends of an elastically deformable synthetic resin cylindrical body 1 such as urethan foam, and a spring material 2 such as a spring coil is disposed in the cylindrical body 1 between the both end plates 3. A user puts the hands to the end plates 3 in the both ends of the cylindrical body 1 to contract the cylindrical body 1 and apply a force against the elastic force of the spring material 2, thereby training the muscles of the upper arms and the muscle of the breast. Alternatively, the user puts the end plates 3 of the both ends of the cylindrical body 1 between the insides of the thighs to contract the cylindrical body 1 and apply the force against the elastic force of the spring material 2, thereby training the muscles of the thighs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
