PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a language learning support system for supporting learning of a language including an accent or a technical term through a network or the like. SOLUTION: The language learning support system 1 is mainly composed of: a server 2 which stores teaching material content having moving picture information and can perform streaming distribution of the teaching material content through the Internet 100; and a plurality of client terminals 3 which request the server 2 to distribute the teaching material content and can display or output the teaching material content, and a speech or a text stored in correspondence with the teaching material content, to a learner 101. In the language learning support system 1, speech data capable of outputting a speech including accents, text data wherein speech data or the like is converted into a text, and annotation data indicating annotations concerning the substance of the teaching material content are time synchronized with the distribution of the teaching material content 5 and distributed to the client terminals 3 together with the teaching material content.
