<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and sterilizing apparatus capable of completely sterilizing even a final container 8 without using any dummy work. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a can 2 is partitioned into an introduction part 10, a sterilizing unit 12 and a cooling part 14 by partition walls 4 and 6. A circulation fan 40 is provided in the sterilizing unit 12, and heating and sterilizing is performed by blowing hot air toward a container 8 conveyed by a lower net conveyor 16. Hot air in the sterilizing unit 12 is circulated through a circulation path 46 and a heater 42. An air supply fan 32 is provided in the introduction part 10 to blow air toward the container 8 below. The air is exhausted outside by an exhausting fan 36. When the final container 8 passes through an opening part 4a between the introduction part 10 and the sterilizing unit 12, hot air of the sterilizing unit 12 flows out into the introduction part 10 from the opening part 4a. Thus, the exhausted amount of the exhausting fan 36 in the introduction part 10 is reduced, and the outflow of the hot air from the sterilizing unit 12 to the introduction part 10 is reduced to ensure the circulation of the hot air in the sterilizing unit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
