<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of radio communication which can autonomously realize the insurance of a radio resource necessary for each traffic in each radio communication apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus includes (a) an arrival rate operation which obtains a data arrival rate according to a traffic, and (b) a radio resource control unit which controls autonomously the assigning amount of the radio resource corresponding to each traffic based on the obtained data arrival rate. Consequently, the radio resource necessary for each traffic can be autonomously assured.
