<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire resistant filler superior in filling workability, and easy in filling of substantially uniform density, by surely securing the filling length in the depth direction required for fire resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This clayey fire resistant filler is filled in a filling space (clearance) B<SB>1</SB>formed in a through-part for performing fire resistant processing on the through-part of a fireproof division wall T. A fire resistant filler body part 1 has the same width dimension as the required filling length L in the depth direction required for the fire resistant processing as the fire resistant filler, and is formed in a plate sheet shape windable in its longitudinal direction Q, and covers both surfaces with releasing paper 4 in a plate sheet state.
