<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve; the problem that considerable investment is required for the cost of and time of system renewal, transitional management, etc.; the problem that it is difficult that respective financial institutions advance a transition plan in a short period whiole forming consensus with one another; and the problem that a new system cannot be forced on account owners apprehending privacy violation, for the change to a high-security system for identifying transactors in a transaction processing system. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with an authentication server for verifying a transactor on the basis of an ID 2, and the authentication server 6 verifies the transactor on the basis of the ID 2 of the transactor. When the transactor is identified, an ID 1 of the transactor is obtained and is transmitted to a host computer 2 through a terminal device 4, so that the host computer 2 can verify the transactor on the basis of the ID 1 in a conventional manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
