PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle liquid pressure generation system suitable for practical use capable of dealing with any of various problems such as increase in operation sounds of a liquid pressure operating device or shortening of the lifetime. SOLUTION: The liquid pressure generation system including an on-vehicle liquid pressure generating device equipped with an accumulator, a pump device, etc., is designed to set a liquid pressure range of accumulator liquid pressure based on an operation amount up to now of the system and the on-vehicle liquid pressure operating device connected with the system and to control/operate the pump device so as to make the accumulator liquid pressure within the set range of liquid pressure. Concretely, based on a travel distance of a vehicle, the number of operation times of the pump device, etc., the lower limit pressure P1 for defining the liquid pressure range of the accumulator is adjusted (PH1, PM1, PL1), for example. As the liquid pressure generating device is operation-controlled according to the operation amount, the liquid pressure generating device is operated on the basis of conditions of the liquid pressure operating device and the liquid pressure generation system, for example.
