The bag has four side parts in which two side parts are lying opposite to each other. A grip is arranged on each parts, where the grips are pair wisely arranged corresponding to the opposite side parts. The bags are manufactured from paper, polymer, foil and/or material. The grips are arranged on a level. Rods are provided and are attached to the bag, where ends of the rods extend into the grips. An independent claim is also included for a holding system for the carrying bag.
