<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatsink with a fan capable of preventing clogging of an inlet of cooling air with dust above a heat radiation fin of the heatsink with a fan, capable of maintaining the cooling effect which is expected as the heatsink with a fan for an extended period. <P>SOLUTION: The heatsink with a fan comprises a heatsink body 101, a plurality of heat radiation fins 102 mounted on the heatsink body 101, and a fan device 104 for introducing a cooling air 105 into among a plurality of heat radiation fins 102.
