PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rigidity, particularly, torsional rigidity of a rear body. SOLUTION: A rear floor panel 1 is connected to a rear side inner panel 4 through a side reinforcement 5. The side reinforcement 5 has a substantially U-shaped sectional shape opened to the outside of the vehicle lateral direction, and a first closed section 6 is formed by the side reinforcement 5 and the rear side inner panel 4. A rear side frame 2 is provided on the lower surface of the side part of the rear floor panel 1 in the same manner as in the past, and a second closed section 7 is formed by the rear side frame 2.
