PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun shade device capable of being arranged while covering the approximately whole area of a window of a vehicle and avoiding interference with a sun roof or the like and ensuring a space in a cabin. SOLUTION: A roll shade part 22 (122) for winding a blind sheet 21 (121) expandable/contractable in response to window width is arranged along an edge of the window. The roll shade part 22 (122) is provided with a rotation rod 22d connected to a base end of the blind sheet 21 (121). The rotation rod 22d is made to a constitution that it is turned while maintaining the state that it is curved along a curved shape of the edge of the window and a plurality of center rods are connected through a joint; a constitution that a bellows part or a coil part is provided on a part or the whole; and a constitution that a guide hole is provided on the center rod and it is connected by a connection pin sliding at the inside.
