PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom drying and heating method and a bathroom drying and heating device circulating air of a bathroom interior heated via a heat exchanger by a fan motor, and carrying out heating of the bathroom interior until a predetermined set temperature. SOLUTION: During heating operation, when no human body can be sensed by a human body sensor capable of sensing entrance and exit of a person with respect to a bathroom, a set temperature of heating and a capacity of a circulation fan are raised to carry out quick heating of the bathroom interior at a predetermined first set temperature. When movement of a human body is sensed by the human body sensor, the set temperature and the capacity of the circulation fan are automatically lowered to carry out slow heating and eliminate a feeling of discomfort caused by temperature and hot air with respect to a bather.
