PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with a displaying function which can be simply deformed from a packaged condition to a displaying condition. SOLUTION: A peripheral wall is formed by continuously providing a front wall 1, a pair of side walls 2 and a back wall 3, and a bottom wall 5 closing the bottom face and a lid 7 closing the top face under a packaging condition. A front opening part 8 is formed from the upper end on the front wall 1, and a front displaying plate 9 on the surface of which an advertisement is printed is continuously provided on the front wall 1. When it is displayed, in the packaging box with the displaying function wherein the top face is opened to make it into a tray-like shape, and the front opening part 8 is cut, and the front displaying plate 9 is held at the front of the front wall 1 toward the obliquely upward, the front displaying plate 9 is stored backward along the back side of the front opening part 8 of the front wall 1 under a packaged condition, and it is folded forward when it is displayed.
