METHOD FOR DECORATING A GLASS OBJECT, INCLUDING A WINDOW, AND PRODUCT OBTAINED BY SUCH A METHOD

The decoration of a glass object consists of: (a) projecting an enamel based product onto the object by dry electrostatic spraying; (b) firing the coated object at a temperature between 600 and 650 degrees C for 10 to 25 minutes; (c) cooling the object thus obtained; (d) producing a transparent window on the object by depositing a refractory enamel preparation with a melting point greater than 700 degrees C onto the object to cover the zone corresponding to the transparent window to be produced before spraying the object at stage (a) and by mechanically removing the refractory enamel preparation.
