The device has an optical reflecting device (13) to receive a scattered luminous flux (12) and to send a part of the flux towards a two dimensioned photosensitive detector (14) having a detecting window. The device (13) has two mirrors to send sub-sets of the luminous flux towards respective zones of the window. The device (13) permits to measure light spectrum by folding the spectrum in space in two spectral bands. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an atomic emission spectrometry device implementing inductively coupled plasma, GDS and SPARK techniques, including a spectroscopic device (B) Raman spectrometry device including a spectroscopic device.
