The valve has a retention device (15) that cooperates with a valve unit (5) and holds the unit in a position equivalent to an open position of a valve seat (4) before control of the unit by an actuator. The actuator acts in closing direction of the seat and the operation of the retention device is neutralized after the control of the unit by the actuator. The unit is housed in a valve chamber (7) delimited by a valve insert (2).
