An outer ring (4) is radially divided into ring halves (4.1,4.2) that surround an inner ring (1) having a spherical surface (2). The inner surfaces (5.1,5.2) of the ring halves contact the spherical surface of the inner ring such that the inner and outer rings are tiltable relative to each other. The ring halves are radially and axially fixed by a shroud (8).
