<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refined Sake (rice wine) having a low alcohol content, an acidic taste, and the like, easy to drink, increasing appetite, suitable as an aperitif, also containing citric acid and polyphenols sufficiently, and further good for health. <P>SOLUTION: The low alcoholic and functional refined Sake has 5.0-10.0 baume [(-)50-(-)100 degree of Japanese Sake]; 5.0-10.0 % alcoholic content; 5.5-14.5 acid degree; 3,500-9,500 mg/litter citric acid; and 300-1,600 mg/litter polyphenols. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
