PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for lips excellent in cosmetic retention and improved in covering feelings on lips. SOLUTION: This composition for lips comprises a copolymer comprising as constituent monomers an acrylic acid monomer (A), a polyoxyalkylene group-containing monomer (B) and an organopolysiloxane-containing monomer (C) where the content of the monomer (A) is at least 20 mass% based on the total weight of the constituent monomers.
