The plate is integrated to a peripheral part (21) of a glaze (10) by encapsulation, molding and adhering. The fixing plate includes a peripheral collar for fixing the plate on the glaze or on an intermediate structural unit. Mechanical resistance zones are constituted on attachments allowing fixing the driving mechanism on the plate.
