In each of the reception terminals, by using the sequence number, a packet drop out is detected and a retransmission request is made by using the packet of the band other than the assured band or of the priority or below. Since the transmission terminal has a configuration for transmitting data by using a packet of band other than the assured band or of the priority or below, when video/audio data is transmitted to a plurality of reception terminals in real time by using the Mac layer multi-cast of the radio band assuring type or priority control type, the reception terminals can preferably receive video/audio data.
