<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable damp washcloth which is not bulky when put into a bag or a pouch, is put into the pocket of trousers, and is commonly used as a damp washcloth and a dry washcloth. <P>SOLUTION: A water proof sheet shape base material 7 is arranged between a first moisturizing sheet shape base material 3 for forming the outer surface of a bag shape to be turned over as a whole and a second moisturizing sheet shape base material 5 for forming an inner surface.
