The component has a frame profile (1), and diaphragms (9) having boundary regions (8) arranged in a retaining groove (4) extending in longitudinal direction of the frame profile. Padding materials (15) are extended in the retaining groove between the boundary regions of the diaphragms and side walls (13,14) of the retaining groove. The boundary regions are arranged between padding materials. An independent claim is also included for the production of the structural component.
