<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printed matter combining a prize winning type prize campaign notice and a post card. <P>SOLUTION: In the mailing printed matter, a given printing and a post card printing are performed on both surfaces of a sheet, folding the sheet into two to give a level difference. Then, perforation is provided to a folding position, and a releasable adhesive agent is applied to the folded right and left surfaces and the top part to adhere them together.
