摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent an electrolyte solution from directly contacting with a transparent electrode membrane and to prevent occurrence of leakage current. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar cell 1 has an electrolyte solution 4 filled between an optical electrode substrate 2 and a counter electrode substrate 3. Out of this, the optical electrode substrate 2 has a transparent electrode membrane 6 formed on the surface 5a of the substrate member 5 and a titanium membrane is formed on the transparent electrode membrane 6.
