PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spandrel wall for easily replacing a spandrel wall panel even when the spandrel wall is stained and damaged. SOLUTION: This spandrel wall is placed in an upper part of a support plate 4, and is fixed to a front face of a wall 5 on the upper end of the spandrel wall panel 3 arranged on the front face of the wall 5, and is provided with the spandrel parting edge forming an upper end part of the spandreal wall 1. The spandrel parting edge 2 has a panel cap 2b having a panel pressing-down part 2g. The panel pressing-down part 2g can be easily replaced even when the spandrel wall panel 3 is stained and damaged by fixing the spandrel wall panel 3 to the front face of the wall 5.
