PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a changing mechanism of a transmission which is miniaturized while reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: A plunger 18 urged to the tip direction is provided on a tip part of a change lever 12, and a detent plate 20 is provided at the position in which the plunger 18 is abutted. The detent plate 20 comprises a guide groove to guide the plunger 18 corresponding to the shift pattern including a plurality of shift positions, and a locking groove part which is provided corresponding to each shift position and fitted deeper in the guide groove part than the plunger 18 to lock the plunger 18.
