The suspension system (100) includes suspension arms (102, 103) connecting a vehicle body and a knuckle arm (101), consisting of an arm (102) located approximately in a lateral direction and an arm (103) in which an angle between a longitudinal axis and the arm (103) is smaller than one between the arm (102) and the axis; an elastic member (104) between the body and the arm (102); an elastic member (105) between the body and the arm (103); a connecting member (106) rotatably connecting the knuckle (101) and the arm (102); and a connecting member (107) rotatably connecting the knuckle (101) and the arm (103). The friction torque of the connecting member (106) is made larger than the friction torque of the connecting member (107) when the rigidity of the elastic member (104) is greater than the rigidity of the elastic member (105).
