<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method capable of throughout filling a mold with a molding material having high viscosity in molding the molding material using a three-dimensional mold. <P>SOLUTION: In the molding method of the highly viscous substance, the three-dimensional mold having an opening part is set to the hole 8 of the receiving mold 7 attached to the inner wall of a cylindrical body 1, the highly viscous substance is introduced into the mold, centrifugal force is subsequently applied to the mold by rotating the cylindrical body 1 and the highly viscous substance is solidified to take the solidified highly viscous substance out of the mold.
