PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable kit type multi-functional multi-purpose container, being a multi-functional multi-purpose container which allows the avoiding of sand blown up at the time of sun-bathing, and permits maintaining privacy and taking peaceful sleep during a refuge life. SOLUTION: The foldable assembly type multi-functional multi-purpose container, having no cuts in its plastic corrugated cardboard plates, is provided with opposing face plates 4 and side plates 3 erected along the periphery of a bottom plate 2 through the medium of folding creases, and with gather forming portions 8 that include triangle-shaped folding strips 6 and connecting strips 7 adjacent to the face plates 4 and the side plates 3, thus the gather forming portions 8 are folded toward outside or inside the container, and fastened to the face plates 4 so as to keep the form of the container.
