PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very compact water-refrigerant heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises: a pipe group face 2 comprising a plurality of parallel-arranged pipes 1; and a pipe group face 4 comprising a plurality of parallel-arranged pipes 3; and a heat exchange substrate 5 wherein the pipe group face 2 and the pipe group face 4 are overlapped such that the pipe 1 and the pipe 3 cross each other and that the peripheries partially contact with each other.
