PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device capable of connecting a terminal with a circuit board certainly without bringing about a large-sized construction of the device. SOLUTION: The hydraulic control device is equipped with a hydraulic pressure sensor fixed to the first side face of a housing and emitting from the terminal a hydraulic pressure signal in a hydraulic circuit formed in the housing and the circuit board installed in a position confronting the first side face with the hydraulic pressure sensor interposed in between, wherein the circuit board is furnished with a terminal connection part consisting of an insertion hole to admit insertion of the terminal and a restraining means to restrain the inserted terminal in the radial direction.
