The present invention relates to a safety syringe fearuring simple structure and convenient application and low cost, which comprises slide sleeve, needle, cylinder, piston, locking sleeve, spring and plunger that mounted in the cylinder, and has functions of needle protection and self-destruction. The syringe can be operated with one hand to inject and unlock safety means, the slide sleeve is automatically positioned and bidirectional locked, so as to ensure the needle to be protected by the slide sleeve after ejection. The syringe has reliable self-locking function, the plunger is locked in the cylinder and can not be taken back after injection, otherwise, it will break, that is, the syringe is damaged by itself.
