<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for a tag label preparing device and a tag label preparing device capable of individually exchanging a first roll, around which an IC chip tape arranged with a plurality of IC circuit parts is wound, and a second roll, around which an antenna tape arranged with a plurality of antenna parts is wound, without the need of a special process for integrally connecting the IC circuit parts with the antenna parts. <P>SOLUTION: This cartridge 100 is provided with: a chip tape roll 115 around which an IC chip conveyance tape 112 arranged with a plurality of IC circuit parts 151 for storing information is wound; a base material tape roll 102 around which a base tape 101 arranged with a plurality of antennas 152 connected to the IC circuit parts 151 for transmitting and receiving information is wound; and parts 117 and 118 for generating a radio tag circuit element To by attaching the IC circuit parts 151 of the chip conveyance tape 112 and the antennas 152 of the base material tape 101.
