An incoming signal to a telecommunication device such as a mobile phone is detected by an incoming signal detecting section (1) and converted into a contact signal by an incoming signal control section (2). The contact signal from the incoming signal control section (2) controls the on/off of a load-side device depending on the type of the power supplied to a power supply output section (4) from a power supply control section (3). When a signal indicating a key operation of a mobile phone on the remote control side is transmitted or when a contact point is entered in a contact input, the power for the load-side device is instantly supplied or cut off depending on the type of power supplied to the power supply output section (4) from the power supply control section (3).
