<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously use a health equipment without forgetting by providing a time setting means setting a desired time zone and an information giving means outputting information for guiding using when the set time comes. SOLUTION: The health equipment 1 is provided with a health equipment main function part 2, a timer setting part 3 and an informing function part 4. The part 4 is provided with a vibrating function part, a speech function part and a displaying function part. The vibrating function part outputs informing information by vibration, the speech function part and the displaying function part output informing information respectively by speech and a displaying picture. The timer setting part 3 allows a user to previously set the using time zone of every day before the starting of use. After then, when the time zone comes every day, the function 4 gives information on the coming of the using time by a buzzer, characters or mark display. As the part 4 gives information when the using time comes by this, the user uses the health equipment without forgetting.</p> |
