PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front board mounting structure of a motorcycle capable of realizing simple and convenient assembly of a front board and a knee cover, and reducing costs by reducing the number of parts such as screws. SOLUTION: A positioning rod (232) is provided on a knee cover (23) of a bike, a rod receiving means (243) is provided on a front board (24), and the positioning rod is tightened to the rod receiving means to tighten the front board to the knee cover at a fixed position, and the front board is tightened to the knee cover by the tightening means of a screw, a screw receiving column, etc. Mounting convenience of the front board and the knee cover is enhanced thereby. The rotational function is constituted by the rod receiving means of the front board and the positioning rod of the knee cover to enhance the convenience of the maintenance of internal components of the front board and the knee cover.
