<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling method of coating of an adhesive on a workpiece to be delivered on a variable high speed production line, while more accurately considering a change of an operating parameter such as a material pressure, a material temperature and a line speed. <P>SOLUTION: An operating method of a material discharging system consists of measuring a numerical value of the operating parameter such as a line speed, a material pressure or a material temperature of the discharging system, and predicting a future numerical value of the operating parameter. Using the predicted numerical value of the operating parameter accurately decides a beginning time, which is measured from detecting of a presence of the workpiece to be passed through a coater of the discharging system and delivered, and discharging of the material from the coater begins at this beginning time. A calibration procedure is provided for deriving a mathematical relationship used to judge the predicted numerical value of the operating parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
