RUN-FLAT TIRE SUPPORTING ELEMENT, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND RUN-FLAT TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat supporting element capable of securely installing and fixing a supporting element to a rim even if the supporting element installing outer peripheral surface and the supporting element inner peripheral surface of the rim do not match with high accuracy, and obtaining stable fitting strength even if the run-flat supporting element has a different diameter at a rim installing portion; a manufacturing method thereof, and a run-flat tire installed and fixed with the run-flat tire supporting element. SOLUTION: The run-flat tire supporting element 12 has a base material portion 16 structured of a closed-cell resin foam element, a reinforcing portion 18 provided on the rim installing portion side of the base material portion 16, and a non-foaming resin portion 14 provided on the outer peripheral surface side opposite to the tire inner surface of the base material portion 16. The reinforcing portion 18 is composed of non-foam resin, and a composite reinforcing fiber layer 19 formed of a fiber layer 32 on the rim side formed in the non-foam resin and a cord layer 34 wound in the circumferential direction of the rim outside the fiber layer 32.
