<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform the torque regulation of a torsion spring with a simple operation. SOLUTION: The torque of the torsion spring 7 laid toward a counter member is adjusted. This device comprises a first piece member 13 having a plurality of locking parts, a second piece member 11 relatively rotatable to the first piece member 13 and having a plurality of locking parts 11a, 11b, and 11c at different pitch angles on the opposed surface to the locking part 131 of the first piece member 1, and a fixing member 14 for engaging with the locking parts of the first piece member 13 and the second piece member 11 to fix both the members. One end of the torsion spring 7 is engagingly locked to either one of the first piece member 13 and the second piece member 11.</p> |
