PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure adjustment mechanism which will not become a status in which a valve is fully opened and unadjustable. SOLUTION: While adjustment of opening of a valve B is carried out by adjusting a push stroke of a pressure adjustment spring 7 by operating a pressure adjustment handle 5, an abutting section 21 that regulates the push displacement of more than a fixed amount of the above pressure adjustment spring 7 is formed. In this pressure adjustment mechanism, since the abutting section which regulates the push displacement of the adjustment spring of more than the fixed amount is formed, the push displacement of more than fixed amount by the pressure adjustment spring is regulated by the abutting section even if the pressure adjustment handle attempts to push full extent, the pressure adjustment spring will not become the status that it is compressed to the limit and spring function is lost.
