PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complete water-blown rigid polyurethane foam foamed by using carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction of water and a polyisocyanate as a foaming agent, having improved storage stability of a formulation liquid (polyol premix) and keeping high reactivity over a long period. SOLUTION: The rigid polyurethane foam is produced by mixing a polyisocyanate component with a formulation liquid containing a polyol component, water, a catalyst, a flame retardant and other assistant and foaming the mixture by carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction of the polyisocyanate component with water. A bismuth compound is used as the catalyst to prevent the hydrolysis of the ester component in the formulation liquid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
