PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print data suitable for print, and to transfer data unsuitable for print to a reproduction device.

SOLUTION: A separating means 12 separates multi-media data from a receiving means 11 into data suitable for print and data unsuitable for print, and transmits those respective data to a print data generating means 13 or a transmission data generating means 15. The print data generating means 13 generates data for print on the basis of the received data, and transmits the data for print to a printing means 14. The printing means 14 prints the data for print. On the other hand, a transmission data generating means 15 generates data for transmission on the basis of the received data, and transmits the data for transmission to a transmitting means 16. The transmitting means 16 transmits the data for transmission to a portable information terminal 30 or a portable telephone 40 as a reproduction device at transmission destination.
