PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a water meter with high recycling capability, no moving part and hardly failing. SOLUTION: The water meter provided with a case of mechanical water meter wherein measurement fluid flows comprises a unit base freely inserted and detached in a case of the mechanical water meter and consisting of a resin member, a first measurement conduit provided to the unit base and the measurement fluid flows inside, a pair of electrodes provided to the unit base and arranged face to face perpendicularly to the first measurement conduit, and a magnetic field generation means provided to the unit base for generating a magnetic field perpendicularly to the measurement electrode.
