<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing and selling liquors with which a response to a wide range of needs of consumers can be made to regulate the alcoholic concentration according to preference of a consumer's own and a taste or flavor can be kept even after regulating the concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing and selling the liquors comprises the following steps. a first step (S1) of freezing and separating an undiluted liquor and thereby separating the undiluted liquor into a high-concentration liquor in a frozen and concentrated liquid part and a low-concentration liquor composed of a frozen part, a second step (S2) of subdividing the separated high-concentration liquor and low-concentration liquor and filling the subdivided liquors in containers, respectively, a third step (S3) of integrally packaging the container filled with the high-concentration liquor and the container filled with the low-concentration liquor and a fourth step (S4) of selling the liquor filled in the integrally packaged containers in sets in a state kept cold in a temperature region not lower than the solidifying temperature of the high-concentration liquor and not higher than the melting temperature of the low-concentration liquor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
